At Modern Method, our goal is to build our clients not just their dream house but, dream home. My name is Kevin O'Keefe and I built this company from the ground up, which called for long days and nights in my garage planning and working to make this company what it is today. I have an amazing team and family by my side, being a part of the Plymouth community for about 40 years myself, I take my work very personally.

While building the highest quality of custom homes is very important to us, we most importantly aim to make it a joyful experience for our clients. Eliminating all the stress of a new home and turning it into only what it should be, exciting.

 

Recently, Modern Method has been collaborating with a new partner, Jenna Osgood, and we have developed a sister company, JKO homes, that is affiliated with Modern Method. JKO Homes takes a modern twist on traditional home building. Our goal together is to create unique, one of a kind homes that fulfill our clients design needs and wants.
